Bull Valley Golf Club proudly served as the host site for the 2010 U.S. Open Qualifier that featured Corey Pavin and also the 2010 Chicago District Golf Association Amateur Championship. Bull Valley Golf Club has been a favorite among Illinois golf lovers, ever since it opened due to the challenge it presents and the aesthetic beauty of the course. This 18 hole, par 72 course is laid out over an abundance of natural elements, providing a picturesque shot, no matter where your golf ball ends up. From the stadium to the top table, Levy creates remarkable experiences by combining unfettered creativity, custom strategy, flawless service, and a genuine passion for great food. Larry and Mark Levy bought D.B. Kaplan's Delicatessen in Chicago's Water Tower Place in 1978. Levy Restaurants was founded with the help of their mother, Eadie, and some traditional family recipes. Larry and Mark enlisted the help of their mother, Eadie, in the deli. Eadie Levy became known as our "Company Mom" after that. The concept of sports catering was born. At the former Comiskey Park in 1982, Levy pioneered the concept of excellent dining in stadiums (then home of the Chicago White Sox). We expanded our services to include Wrigley Field in 1985, and the rest is history. Our retail expansion has been amazing, from a 50th anniversary clothing line for the St. Louis Blues to a Chicago Cubs pop-up shop along the Magnificent Mile. We opened off 2017 with huge news, the debut of Rank + Rally, our retail subsidiary, with new partners the Vegas Golden Knights and the Brooklyn Nets adding to our roster. The McCormick Bridgehouse & Chicago River Museum host events that are unrivaled in the city. Private dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and bridge lift brunches are all possible at the Bridgehouse Museum, and they’re sure to be a success with this amazing backdrop. The museum commemorates the Chicago River and gives your guests a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of one of Chicago's most famous movable bridges, located inside the southwest tower of the Michigan Avenue bridge. The inside of the Bridgehouse Museum is a distinctive and rustic environment with five levels, exposed brick walls, and steel beams. It’s a beautiful, adaptable space that makes events of all shapes and sizes exceptional. It is suitable for intimate celebrations, both private and corporate, with around 1,200 sq. ft. of area and a capacity of 79 people. Renters have the option of working with their own caterer or one of our recommended caterers. Because of the building's unique layout, seated engagements are usually limited to 25 people or less when using the patio space. Indoor seated engagements are feasible, although tables must be spread out over the museum's five modest floors. Each rental also includes access to our riverwalk plaza, which offers breathtaking views of downtown Chicago that are only seen from this one-of-a-kind location. The five-story bridge house is filled with history, bridge details, and colorful anecdotes about the many people who were inspired by the Chicago River's potential. Every summer, tens of thousands of people visit the Bridgehouse Museum, which serves as the cultural centerpiece of the new Chicago Riverwalk.

Beall Mansion An Elegant Bed & Breakfast Inn occupies a turn-of-the-century estate on "Millionaire's Row" in Alton's Middletown Historic District — 25 minutes from the Gateway Arch and St. Louis International Airport, and 12 blocks from the Mississippi River. Built originally as a wedding gift, the mansion has been thoughtfully preserved and now operates as a boutique bed & breakfast inn that also serves as a private event venue for gatherings of 2 to 100 guests. The interiors reflect the home's storied origins: 12-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble and bronze statuary, and fine artwork and antiques fill the public rooms. Both indoor and outdoor event settings are available, making the property a flexible choice for intimate weddings, receptions, and special celebrations. Guests may also arrange in-room spa services and access the mansion's 24-hour chocolate buffet — touches that extend the experience beyond the event itself.

A self-described gaijin, or “outsider” in Japanese, Virant playfully embraces this perspective and honors traditional preparations and techniques, as well as his well-known passion for pickling and preserving. Designed to deliver a lively and interactive culinary experience, the 60-seat space is anchored by a custom 12-foot griddle and chef’s counter and offers individual Hiroshima teppan griddles for table service. The dessert menu features kakigori, a shaved ice dessert, along with mochi donuts and other Japanese-inspired treats. The Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette is a historic 14-story hotel in downtown Peoria, Illinois, originally built in 1926 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed by Philadelphia architect Horace Trumbauer — whose inspiration drew from grand hotels of the 1920s including the Waldorf-Astoria — the hotel opened in January 1927 to an attendance of 16,000 guests. Following an extensive $46 million rehabilitation completed in 2013, the property now operates as a Marriott hotel and received the 2014 Landmark Illinois Richard H. Driehaus Foundation President's Award for that restoration work. The hotel offers more than 18,000 square feet of event space across four ballrooms and eight breakout rooms, accommodating everything from intimate gatherings to large receptions of 650 guests. The flagship Marquette Ballroom spans 7,477 square feet and seats up to 480 for banquet events, while the historic Cotillion Ballroom features a high domed ceiling, French window mirrors, and decorative plasterwork. Hawthorne Race Course has served as Chicago's hometown track since 1891, making it the oldest sporting venue in Illinois. The fourth-generation family-owned facility sits in Stickney, just outside Chicago, and holds a distinction no other track in the country can claim: it is the only race course that hosts both Thoroughbred and Standardbred racing under the same roof. The main venue accommodates group events alongside live racing on Thursdays and Sundays, offering guests the backdrop of an active track with multiple large-screen viewing areas and food and beverage service throughout. The club has hosted competitive events at the regional and state level, including WSGA Championships, NEWGA Championships, Wisconsin PGA State Open Qualifiers, and USGA Mid-Amateur Championship regional qualifying, and features bentgrass tees constructed in 2018 alongside well-maintained greens and natural course elements including creeks, ponds, and sand bunkers. For private events, the club accommodates gatherings ranging from golf outings and reunions to showers and receptions.
