We provide a variety of ceremony alternatives, a gorgeous outdoor reception, and on-site bridal rooms for the bride and husband. Family Owned & Operated The perfect background for any wedding is 10 beautiful acres, mature oak trees, and a classic historical home. Our newly engaged couples will find a variety of outdoor settings to pick from for their Ceremony site, as well as a variety of Altar choices. Couples will have an on-site wedding coordinator to plan the various activities so that they can relax and enjoy their big day with family and friends. Our 20-acre hilltop site was designed with care and attention to detail to give a variety of facilities to make your big day unforgettable. Multiple staging options will provide you with opportunity to make your event stand out. Our bride and groom suites are spacious, with complete baths, a grand staircase, rich landscape, wide covered patio spaces, and plenty of room for your guests. The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds.
