About Brooklyn Grange: Founded in 2010, Brooklyn Grange is the leading rooftop farming and intensive green roofing business in the US, operating the world’s largest rooftop soil farms, located in New York City. Our rooftop farms in Brooklyn span almost 5 acres and produce over 80,000 lbs of organically-grown vegetables per year. We sell our produce at farmers markets and through our sliding scale CSA program. As a jewel in the crown of Lincoln Center, the David H. Koch Theater features stunning architecture, magnificent examples of modern art and offers technically superior production facilities. The Promenade and adjoining lobby spaces of The David H. Koch Theater provide an elegant and distinctive location for hosting galas, receptions, and other events. The Promenade features a gold-leaf ceiling with large windows and a balcony facing the plaza of Lincoln Center. The venue features one of the largest interior event spaces in New York City. The Portico, an exterior terrace adjoining the Promenade overlooking the fountain, can be used as an additional seating area or as an extension of the party space. The auditorium seats 2,586 with a continental style configuration on the orchestra level and five Ring levels studded with “jewel” faceted lights. An immense spherical chandelier is the centerpiece of the ornately paneled gold ceiling.

The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. The Test Kitchen also includes equipment from artisanal industry giants such as Molteni, Rational, and Electrolux, as well as handcrafted B&W Nautilus speakers and an emerald lighted turntable powered by the McIntosh Sound System.

New York Marble Cemetery is a historic half-acre walled garden tucked into the interior of a city block in Manhattan's East Village, accessible through iron gates at 41½ Second Avenue via a 100-foot private alley. Founded in 1830 as the oldest public non-denominational cemetery in New York City, the grounds are enclosed by 12-foot Tuckahoe marble walls and contain 156 underground burial vaults. The site holds dual designations as a New York City Landmark and a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. The cemetery accommodates private events of up to 120 guests on a center lawn spanning roughly 30 by 150 feet. The range of events hosted includes weddings, fundraisers, fashion shows, corporate gatherings, film and television productions, poetry readings, and art shows. Catering, food, BBQ, and alcohol are permitted on the grounds. Quiet music is welcome at or below 60 decibels; dancing, loud music, and Halloween-themed events are not permitted. The venue does not supply bathrooms, electricity, or garbage services, and renters are required to carry $2 million in private event insurance.
