Greystone Mansion & Gardens
Completed in 1928 for the son of oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny and now a Beverly Hills and Los Angeles landmark, Greystone Mansion & Gardens is a national historic landmark. When the City of Beverly Hills purchased the property in 1965, it was officially designated as a public park on the entire 18.3-acre plot of land the following year. This landmark building was originally listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and it was later designated as Beverly Hills Local Historic Landmark No. 4. Located just outside of Los Angeles in Ventura County, in the city of Simi Valley, Quail Ranch is a family-run avocado ranch that has been in operation for over 40 years. A thriving avocado orchard and a variety of citrus trees are planted alongside towering pines and majestic oak trees, creating a lush and diverse landscape. The Houdini Estate
The Houdini Estate®, built in the Edwardian manner in the early 1900s, still contains its caverns, underground passages, terraced gardens, and a deep-water tank where he performed his illusions. According to legend, Harry Houdini trained his underwater escapes. The remote home served as the ideal refuge for America's first action hero, Captain America. For the last few years of his life, Houdini utilized the estate's pool to rehearse his incredible feats of escape and deception. He died in the pool in 1926. The property where Houdini's wife, Bess, hosted a memorable party for 500 magicians and lived for ten years after her husband's death still carries the enchantment and mystery of "The Handcuff King." The estate and its gardens have been rebuilt, and visitors may now take use of modern conveniences while still experiencing the grandeur and wonder of Harry Handcuffs Houdini.

Catalina View Gardens
This 94-acre home is located on the Palos Verdes bluffs, which provide breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. You can view the vineyard, the Pacific Ocean, and even Catalina Island in the distance from practically everywhere in the event garden. During the day, you and your guests will eat, drink, and dance the hours away as the sun sets in a stunning display of color over the Pacific. The stars appear even brighter and more numerous after dark from this secluded vantage point, making for an unforgettable night sky experience. Catalina View Gardens is a difficult site to conceive of in California for an outdoor event. Catalina View Wines are also available for purchase to serve at your event or simply to enjoy on your own. The location is available for daily hire at a cost of $12,000 per day. A $2,000 refundable deposit is required in addition to the venue charge for damages, over-standard cleaning, and entertainment compliance. The venue charge is deducted from the deposit. All events must stop no later than 9:30 p.m., according to the stipulations of our permission. This means the music will be turned off, food and beverages will no longer be served, and visitors will begin to go. We can only allow DJs that are on our approved DJs list because of the noise limits. We have strict guidelines for sound levels at our events, and all of the approved DJs have adhered to these guidelines while still keeping the dance floor crowded throughout the night.
