Facilities and Capacity At Brooklyn Winery, you'll be able to spend your day in a large, industrial-style setting. A 15-foot ceiling soars above the main event space, and creates a sense of airiness. Several skylights dot the ceiling, filling the room with natural light. The winery is also home to a production space and barrel room, adding an air of authenticity to the business. The event space will accommodate up to 175 people and is open to hosting ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions with dinner and dancing. The property is exclusively reserved for the couple, providing privacy for their festivities. The Barrel Room, which is available for wedding photographs. The happy couple is given access to the Wedding Suite, which offers a private space to spend some quiet time together. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

Executive Chef Brian Walter is at the helm of 87 Sussex. He brings over two decades of culinary expertise, working alongside master chefs. Chef Brian combines traditional French cooking techniques with an innovative modern approach, using only the highest-quality ingredients, and he will take you and your loved ones on a culinary journey at your rehearsal dinner. We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.
