Frankies Spuntino has earned a reputation for seamlessly hosting all manner of events — from weddings and intimate family celebrations to private barbecues and pop-ups. Frankies 457’s private event space is a converted blacksmith’s stable located in the garden behind their restaurant at 457 Court Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The rustic brick building, constructed in the early 1900’s, can accommodate up to 40 people for a family-style dinner or up to 50 guests for a buffet event with scattered seating. For events of 41 to 70 guests, our Stable Garden space may be added to the Stable for expanded seating. The Stable Garden is located directly outside the Stable. For an indoor/outdoor event, the Stable doors slide completely open allowing free-flow between the spaces. During the cooler months the Stable Garden is winterized enabling you to celebrate at Frankies year round. The Frankies Garden may be added to the Stable and Stable Garden to accommodate seated events of up to 80 guests. This unique and romantic space is ideal for wedding celebrations and includes a private entry via our Patio. Ceremonies and receptions can be held in the gardens or the Stable, offering a variety of layouts and possibilities. HayLoft In The Grove is a restored mid-1800s timber-framed barn set on nearly 100 acres outside East Aurora, New York. Once a working dairy farm — and later a horse training facility with a quarter-mile sulky racing track — the property was purchased in 2007 by Jeni and Jason Burford, who chose to preserve the deteriorating structure rather than demolish it. Amish craftsmen undertook an extensive restoration beginning in 2008, retaining original handmade wooden pegs, mortise-and-tenon joints, and stone foundation. The grounds include cornfields, forests, three ponds, and expansive gardens. For events, the property offers an outdoor ceremony area with comfortable seating for up to 200 guests, set beneath a wooden arbor with chiffon drapes and a brass chandelier against a cornfield backdrop. The Stables — a former horse facility converted in 2019 — serves as an indoor gathering space with antique pews from the 1920s, wooden beams, and crystal chandeliers, along with dedicated bride and groom suites and covered outdoor patios with string lighting. Wedding packages include day-of coordination, three planning sessions, and access to an on-site rentals boutique. Activities on offer include a hay wagon ride around the property, horseshoes, and cornhole.

Our beautiful Clubhouse is in every way a home. It was painstakingly repaired after being built in 1900 as a wedding gift for Maria Vanderbilt Shepard and William Jay Schieffelin. Guests and members alike appreciate the environment, which is ageless but not excessive; ideally exquisite yet welcoming. Our staff is kind and helpful, but never overbearing. The Lotos Club's elegant rooms can host a variety of corporate and social events, including an intimate dinner party for eight, a joyous wedding celebration for one hundred guests, and cocktails for 160. Seasonal menus suited to your preferences and event are available from our acclaimed cuisine. Our staff is available to assist you with every aspect, including menus, flowers, and music, so you can rest and enjoy your special day. The elite Grill Room features an Old World/New World ambiance, with classic state dinner menus honoring people who have achieved excellence throughout history at The Lotos Club. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, and seated lunches. Wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, concerts and talks, as well as seated lunches for up to 50 guests, are all possible at the Library. The Wedgewood Suite is reserved for smaller, more intimate occasions. The Wedgwood Suite consists of the formal 17' x 22' Wedgwood Parlor, which can accommodate up to 20 people for drinks, and the beautiful 18' x 24' Wedgwood Dining Room, which can accommodate up to 30 people for supper.
