The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. Frank Lloyd Wright's Fontana Boathouse sits on the shores of Buffalo's Black Rock Channel — a working boathouse and architectural landmark that serves as one of the city's most singular event venues. Wright originally designed the structure for the University of Wisconsin in 1905 and thought so highly of it that he included it in his celebrated 1910 Wasmuth Portfolio. The building came to life in Buffalo in 2007 through the philanthropy of Charles and Marie Fontana and their son Tom, for whom it is named. Wright's classic design details carry through every floor: large ceiling beams draw visitors from one space to the next, and Arts and Crafts lighting fixtures adorn the stairwells, reflected in the second-floor windows. The main banquet hall opens onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the Niagara River and Lake Erie, and wedding parties can make a memorable entrance by arriving at the boat dock below. The Fontana Boathouse is available year-round for weddings, corporate gatherings, and cocktail events. The West Side Rowing Club and Canisius College Crew Team continue to store boats on the first floor, keeping the building in active use exactly as Wright intended.

Located in Chestertown roughly an hour and fifteen minutes north of Albany, the property offers five intimate guest rooms — each with a king-size bed, stone fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and lake or mountain views — within a Great Room anchored by vaulted log ceilings and a central stone fireplace. For events, the lodge specializes in elopements, petit weddings, vow renewals, and honeymoons for parties of 2 to 20 guests.
