The Historic DeKalb Courthouse is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, and other special events of all kinds. This beautiful courthouse, located in Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from Atlanta, serves as a spectacular backdrop for any historic event. With stunning arched windows and marble walls, the main event area is a sight to behold. A total of 150 guests may be accommodated at tables in the venue, which has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. A cocktail hour or a check-in area can be held in the lobby of the hotel. The Historic DeKalb Courthouse, which is located in Decatur, Georgia, only minutes away from Atlanta, is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fund-raisers, and other special events. You will have the perfect setting for your historic event with the marble walls and wonderfully arched windows. During all evening and weekend rentals, guests will have access to the Courtroom, Harrison Room, Lobby, Groom's Room, and Bridal Suite for a total of 8 hours. The first two hours are usually devoted to setup, while the last hour is devoted to cleaning. The remaining 5 hours can be utilized for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception, according on your preferences. The ceremony and reception are both held in the Courtroom, and there is usually a room flip as guests enjoy cocktail hour in the lobby before the wedding. Most of the time, renters employ one of our Preferred Caterers to set up, flip, dismantle, and clean up after the event.

A versatile, multipurpose event hall located in the heart of Midtown. Our space includes a large central area to set up chairs & tables, a kitchenette area with a sink and cabinets, a dedicated reception area & desk, several smaller side rooms for separate activities/functions, a storage area in the back with shelves and containers, and a front window wall giving your guests a view of Peachtree Street. This is a great venue for corporate and work-related events, conferences, lectures, art exhibitions, film/photography shoots, weddings, receptions, parties, galas, awards ceremonies, luncheons, and banquets. Pricing is at $200 an hour with a four-hour minimum. Includes tables, chairs, a projector and screen, Wi-Fi, and security from 7AM to 11PM Monday to Friday. Renting outside of business hours will incur an additional 80$/hr charge. 25% of your total fee is required before we book the space for your requested date and time. Parking is available at our guest deck for 4-20$ a day depending on length of stay, there are also paid street parking and local transit options nearby, such as the MARTA Arts Center Station and 23 bus line.
