Oakland Cemetery, one of Atlanta's most beautiful and distinctive settings, can accommodate events for two or 200 people. The Historic Oakland Foundation will assist you in planning a party, wedding, or other private event at Oakland Cemetery, whether it is for two or 200 visitors. Our Private Events team will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs well on the day of the event. Do you require a caterer? We have a network of contacts! Do you need assistance with logistics? We're here to assist you! Funeral home weddings are becoming increasingly popular, and Atlanta's historic Oakland Cemetery is a particularly gorgeous location for an outdoor ceremony. As a Victorian garden cemetery and the site of Atlanta's first park, we're continuing on the Victorian tradition of making Oakland a place to commemorate the lives and loves of the city's 70,000 citizens, as did the Victorians. A covered space that can accommodate up to 50 people is available in addition to open-air locations that may accommodate up to 250 guests in total. When not in use as a functioning greenhouse, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse may be rented out for special events from September through May. Depending on the layout, the greenhouse can be arranged in a variety of different ways. During the fall, winter, and spring, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse is available for rent to the general public. Oakland's 48 acres offer a variety of unique and attractive settings for a wide range of private events of varied sizes and scope. George and Judy Lee, with the help of Skip Engelbrecht, founded La Maison Rouge in 1995. Located in the center of Paris on Ponce, which has been a prominent shopping destination in midtown Atlanta for more than 30 years. The extravagant and lavish furnishings were gathered from abroad buying trips, mansions in Georgia, and we are especially privileged to have some pieces from Coretta Scott's and Dr. Martin Luther King's homes. We've staged countless festivities, fundraisers, and events over the previous 25 years. On the 100th anniversary of the building's construction, a fire broke out on Ponce de Leon on Thanksgiving Eve, 2019. The cause is unknown, but despite the enormous destruction, much of the furniture and the heart of La Maison Rouge were spared. We never imagined we'd be able to locate anything as special as our Midtown apartment, but we did! The Healey Building, where we now reside, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1913, it's a magnificent neo-gothic marble structure with a stunning entry rotunda that we can use in addition to our new area. We now have a greater capacity and more availability for smaller events thanks to the new space, which is about double the size of our prior location. Furthermore, we are no longer limited to merely holding evening activities. We may now host events at any time! If you liked our prior location in Midtown, you'll adore our new digs.

It is historically significant because of its association with Victor Hugo Kriegshaber, who was a leader in the cultural and economic development of Atlanta during the first third of the twentieth century and who was also the original owner of this house." He commissioned the building to be designed by architect Willis F. Danny just before 1900, and he and his family lived there until their deaths in the year 1924. Denny's work is exemplified by the Kriegshaber residence; he was only in Atlanta for a few years before his untimely death at the age of 31 from pneumonia, but he managed to design many of the city's most prestigious public and private structures before 1905. The house is a notable transitional statement in terms of style, combining late Victorian and eclectic elements in a cohesive whole. The Wrecking Bar Brewpub has three different event spaces, each with a different capacity and atmosphere: the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, and the Wrecking Bar Brewpub. The Biergarten is an event space located in our brewery warehouse that can accommodate up to 42 people seated and up to 100 people standing. There are twelve beer taps and fermentation tanks in the room, so it is definitely a casual venue, and it has a built-in stage, which makes it ideal for celebrations that include live music. It is located within our historic house, The Marianna, and serves as a private dining room for up to 20 people. The space can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated event or 40 people for a standing, cocktail-style event. In addition to dinner parties and get-togethers, the Parlor is an excellent venue for workplace mixers, book clubs, birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners. This is our formal event space, located on the main floor of the house, and it can accommodate up to 250 people in seating capacity. Because of its high ceilings, stained glass windows, and original fireplaces, it is an excellent venue for weddings (both ceremony and reception), breakout sessions, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties.

The Bill Moore Student Success Center is a multi-use event facility situated in the heart of Midtown Atlanta on Georgia Tech's East Campus, comprising the west side of Bobby Dodd Stadium. The center offers a range of adaptable spaces for meetings, conferences, receptions, trade shows, corporate interviews, recruitment events, and private celebrations including weddings. The venue houses several distinct event areas, from the Clary Theater — a fixed-seat theater accommodating up to 140 guests — to flexible President's Suites that can be configured individually or combined to host up to 230 guests in theater-style seating or 160 at banquet rounds. The Press Rooms and Festival Suite round out the lineup for smaller gatherings and private events. Projectors with speakers are available in the spaces, and the center supports a variety of room layouts including theater, classroom, open U, reception, and banquet rounds. The Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception stands as Atlanta's most historic church, originally built in 1848 to serve workers constructing the railroad that gave the city its name. One of the only original structures to survive the burning of Atlanta during the Civil War — spared after a direct appeal to General Sherman — the Shrine is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and continues to welcome couples from across the country and around the world to celebrate their marriages within its walls. The sanctuary is a dramatic setting for wedding ceremonies.
