Set on the second-highest peak in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Drumore Estate is a 66-acre private estate built in 1938 for newspaper magnate John F. Steinman and designed by architect Robert R. McGoodwin as a 16,000-square-foot Georgian mansion. The grounds include manicured lawns, formal gardens, woodlands, fountains, and pools, with views stretching across the Susquehanna River Valley — a setting couples often choose for both ceremony and portraits. The estate offers several event spaces to suit different celebrations. The formal garden serves as the setting most couples choose for their ceremony, with the Grand Tent, Carriage House, and Ballroom as climate-controlled or covered alternatives for a reception, dance floor, or backup ceremony space. The Grand Tent accommodates up to 400 guests and is typically available from mid-April through mid-November, while the Carriage House and Ballroom provide year-round, climate-controlled options for smaller weddings and events. A fully-furnished bridal suite and groom's lounge inside the mansion give the wedding party a place to prepare on the day of the event. Drumore Estate provides full-service, in-house catering along with an Event Planner/Facilitator and Event Manager who assist with menu selection, layout, and vendor coordination, and who handle setup and teardown. Couples receive exclusive use of the property on their wedding day. Since December 2025, the estate has been under the stewardship of Eric and Jerissa Warfel, who continue the tradition of hospitality established by the Steinman family and, later, by longtime owners Bill and Karyn Regitz.

Flourtown Country Club is a historic Philadelphia-area property known as the region's only farm-to-table country club, with catering handled by its exclusive partner, Seedling and Sage. Inside, the clubhouse retains original touches like a fireplace, French doors, exposed stone, crown molding, and original hardwood floors, giving the space a vintage-chic character alongside its more recently renovated interiors. The club's 6,000-square-foot Ballroom opens through double French doors onto the Tented Veranda, a 3,600-square-foot stone patio outfitted with ambient market lighting, rattan chandeliers, and a 20-foot built-in oak bar. The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs occupies a building constructed around 1750 on the grounds of Historic Yellow Springs, a 142-acre living village and arts center in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. Originally built as a colonial tavern and inn, the building hosted General George Washington in 1777, when he visited soldiers convalescing in the Yellow Springs hospital he had commissioned in the village that year. Over the following centuries it served as a dining facility and dormitory for Civil War orphans, and later as a dining hall and residence for students of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. The main hall spans more than 2,000 square feet and seats up to 150 guests, with room left over for dancing. Two smaller rooms adjoin the hall and can be set up as a family lounge or for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, opening directly onto the surrounding gardens and courtyards. The main room is air-conditioned and fitted with custom lighting. Outdoors, couples can exchange vows beneath a centuries-old copper beech tree, beside a sculpted garden fountain, or within the walls of the property's historic ruins, once the site of the first military hospital in North America.
