Completed in the fall of 2017, The Pavilion at Grace in downtown Providence, Rhode Island offers a dazzling and light-filled event space with indoor capacity for 175 seated guests plus a dance floor. In addition to serving the Grace Church community as a setting for fellowship, outreach and more, The Pavilion at Grace is ideal for events including beautiful catered wedding receptions, non-profit fundraisers, art exhibits, performances, meetings and more. Squantum Association is a private dining club and public event space set on ten acres of historic grounds along Narragansett Bay in Riverside, Rhode Island. Chartered in 1872, the club has hosted presidents and dignitaries over the decades and was featured on the BBC Network's Great American Railroad Journeys. The property's two signature buildings anchor its event spaces. The Clubhouse, built in 1899 and 1900, sits high on the rocks of Squantum Point with the feel of a Newport-style mansion; it houses the Culture Room bar, a working fireplace, a glass-enclosed sunroom, and a second-floor deck overlooking the bay. The Bakehouse, established in 1889, is the association's main event space, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and up to 225 for a cocktail reception, with WiFi, surround sound, and a projector and screen built in. Squantum hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events, along with traditional New England clambakes steamed over hot coals and seaweed. Wedding couples book only one event per day and receive complimentary use of The Cottage and the second-floor wedding suite as part of an all-inclusive package.

Valley Country Club has been a family-run fixture in Warwick, Rhode Island since 1925, blending old-world elegance with modern comforts across its golf, dining, and event offerings. The newly remodeled clubhouse sits on an 18-hole private course, giving couples and hosts a backdrop of manicured greens and a Victorian stone bridge for cocktail hour and formal photographs alike. The club's event spaces range from the Ballroom, with its chandeliers, horseshoe bar, and oversized dance floor for larger celebrations, to the more intimate Victorian Room and Pub, with its Victorian stonework, three fireplaces, and pub-style bar. Outdoor options include the Patio, with Adirondack chairs and a stone fire pit, and the covered Deck overlooking the course. The Reserve on Dorrance occupies the former Federal Reserve building at the heart of downtown Providence, and its interior still carries that institutional grandeur. Gold beveled coffered ceilings, dramatic stained-glass windows, and original 1920s marble run throughout the room, giving the space an ornate, historic backdrop that few event venues can match. The venue accommodates celebrations of up to 375 guests, hosting everything from weddings, engagement parties, and bridal showers to birthday parties, corporate galas, meetings, and fundraisers. Overlooking Newport Harbor from 30 Bowens Wharf, The Landing Restaurant pairs waterfront views with coastal dining in the heart of historic downtown Newport. The Landing regularly hosts private dinners, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, wedding rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions, with capacity for a full reception of up to 200 guests. Events can range from an intimate cocktail party with passed hors d'oeuvres to a large-scale celebration, with a private events menu and catering packages available for groups of any size. Live music plays every day the restaurant is open, with DJs taking over Friday and Saturday nights, giving The Landing a lively waterfront atmosphere that carries from dinner service into the evening.

The Theatre’s renovations are extensive for both inside and outside of the building and have been made to create the ultimate event experience. There is a brand new raised stage and also previous obstructions on the ground have been removed, in order to give customers the best possible site views to the stage. The stage will have a brand new state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. Artists will have all new dressing rooms to better accommodate their visit. Patrons can enjoy upgraded mezzanine and balcony seating, remodeled VIP areas, multi leveled open room format as well as brand new restrooms and so much more. The Theatre will also soon be receiving a facelift on the front of the building with a new marquee installed in December of 2017.
