In October of 2014, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club completed an incredible renovation project to provide Napa Valley with an elite wedding venue for guests up to 280 people. With an outdoor pavilion that sits just outside the restaurant patio on an elevated 4,000 square foot terra cotta stamped concrete foundation, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club is a premiere location to host an event of any sort. Beautiful views of Napa Valley feature the mountains, vineyards, golf course, 300 yard waterfalls and professional landscaping. A gorgeous clear tent provided breathtaking rustic wooden walls, excellent for blocking heavy wind and providing an indoor/outdoor atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Twelve chandeliers hang from the ceiling of Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club's tent, and white draped fabric adds a soft touch to the venue. Fresh green grass outside opens up to the tent to conduct a ceremony with vineyards on one side, waterfalls on the other side and elevated views of mountains straight ahead.

McConnell Estates Winery is an award-winning, family-owned winery set on 650 acres in the Cosumnes River AVA within the Lodi appellation, just south of Elk Grove, California. The property has been farmed by the Wackman family across six generations, and the historic tasting room occupies a ranch house originally built by the family in 1860. All wines are estate-grown and produced on-site, reflecting more than two decades of winemaking rooted in the land's distinctive red clay soils. For private events, the winery offers several gathering spaces accommodating groups from under 20 to 200 guests. The Historic Event Barn seats up to 125 guests indoors, with the option to expand to 200 by opening onto the adjacent Cocktail Courtyard. The Ceremony Lawn provides an outdoor setting for up to 200 guests framed by vineyard backdrops. The intimate Tasting Room, housed in the remodeled 1860 ranch house, is available for smaller gatherings of up to 75 guests in the evening. The estate hosts weddings, corporate dinners, private celebrations, and more than 20 public events each year, including concerts and wine-pairing dinners. On-site setup and breakdown, tables, chairs, linens, outdoor furniture, restrooms, and parking are included with event bookings.

Wedding ceremonies and celebrations with up to 300 people are most commonly held at our homestead, also known as the "Lawn Area." Huge trees, lush vegetation, and our Chinese Pistach Tree provide the ideal setting for saying "I do" in this roomy area. Wedding celebrations, cocktail hours, and dancing are all ideal in our Courtyard! 150 people can be seated in this cozy environment, and there is enough for 150+ people to dance and enjoy drinks. The ideal atmosphere to enjoy spending time with your visitors is created by our original fireplace and string lights hanging above our concrete pad. Our famous Pool House's original fireplace area is behind it. As guests swell near our pool, this area is perfect for cocktail hour and dancing for up to 300 people. The area will be lit up with string lights, and your guests will enjoy lounging by the fire while playing horseshoes and bocce ball that are provided. The first Yolo County Fair ever was held in the 1930s at Maples Stables, a barn. For wedding ceremonies, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and even first-look pictures, these traditional green doors offer a charming backdrop! Your guests will soak in the history as they relax in this room, which has enough capacity for 200 people. It is located in the back of our property.

The weekend rental package includes tables and chairs, a dance floor, and a tent, along with a separate prep room for caterers. Bare Ranch is a property of Michael David Winery, a family-operated operation spanning six generations in the San Joaquin Delta appellation. Etude was founded on the philosophy that winemaking begins in the vineyard long before the harvest and that superior grape growing diminishes the need for intervention by the winemaker, resulting in wine that is grown, not made. This remains their approach today as they continue to build the Etude legacy. Etude was established 1982, when founding winemaker Tony Soter set his sights on the cool-climate Carneros region in the pursuit of producing world-class Pinot Noir. As a winemaker, Tony always had a fascination with Pinot Noir. He was quoted as saying "Pinot Noir is the most appropriate vehicle with which to study wine growing, precisely because of its demanding nature but also because of its delicacy and transparency. Make no mistake it is a humbling pursuit, but when it’s right, Pinot Noir is a glorious and moving thing. It is in the pursuit of that experience that we all work.” In 2000, Grace Benoist Ranch was developed – the culmination of an eighteen-year journey in finding the most suitable terroir for their Estate vineyards. On the ranch are seven Chardonnay clones, nine Heirloom Pinot Noir clones, and eight additional Pinot clones, all divided into 24 individual vineyard blocks, each with its own soil type, rootstock, grape variety and clonal type. These individual vineyard blocks average only 8 acres in size. The spacing is dense to ensure low per vine yields of fully concentrated fruit. Pinot Noir offers intricate flavor profiles, many of which are unique to its growing region. Beyond Carneros, Etude sources fruit from the Central Coast region of California, Oregon, and even New Zealand. This diversity offers their guests the opportunity to see the world though the lens of Pinot Noir. The flavors, aromas, and textures are a direct impact of the teroirs on which the grapes are grown. At Etude, they believe wines are expressive of the place in which they are grown. With this belief comes a commitment to a holistic wine-growing approach -- nurturing the soil, respecting the native ecosystems, and always working to reduce the environmental impact. They are mindful of their role as stewards of the land and adhere strictly to sustainable agriculture practices that enable them to farm in concert with the surrounding environment.
