The Prince George Ballroom
Host your wedding or next event at the historic Prince George Ballroom! The sleek, industrial chic Gallery entrance, which is perfect for cocktail hours, blends modernism with the ornate, art deco elements of the main Ballroom. This unique space is sure to stun all of your guests with its immense grandeur. Built in 1904 with an addition in 1912, The Prince George Hotel was a key fixture in the vibrant Madison Square neighborhood. The hotel was designed by architect Howard Greenley in the Beaux Arts style, and had many classical and Neo-Renaissance flourishes. In 1996, Breaking Ground acquired The Prince George Hotel, and with the help of government agencies and corporate partners, transformed the building into permanent supportive housing for homeless and low-income single adults. In 2015, the Prince George Ballroom in Manhattan's now Flatiron district, underwent a major renovation, modernizing the historic space while maintaining its original features. In addition to having a beautiful event, clients are supporting a great cause. Proceeds from the ballroom events support the non-profit Breaking Ground's housing development and outreach programs for homeless and other vulnerable New Yorkers. Celestine
Celestine is an intimate restaurant and venue located in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood. Tucked beneath the Manhattan Bridge on the edge of the East River, our floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of the downtown skyline and the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. Our space Our dining room’s design is inspired by Lebanon in the 60s; pale ash wood contrasts with custom-pressed teal tiles, an abundance of plants, floor to ceiling windows on three sides. Retractable glass doors divide our dining room from our seasonal terrace which sprawls out over the East River and the Brooklyn Bridge Park. The space is surrounded by a lush planter which features a bounty of herbs, grasses, and small flowering plants from the North-East. It’s a gorgeous space for an on-site ceremony or cocktail hour, and it’s part of any private event held here. Our cuisine Beyond our physical space, our emphasis is on excellent food and warm, gracious hospitality. We want you and your guests to feel completely at ease from the moment you walk through our doors. Our menus take inspiration from the Mediterranean coastline, and we offer both buffet and family-style options. Our wine list features natural wines from the coastal Mediterranean region. Our cocktail menu highlights delicious riffs on classic drinks (think G&T’s with Turmeric and Lemongrass) and beers from local producers like Other Half and Folksbier. Our pricing We use a flat-fee structure, similar to an event minimum spend. This pricing is designed to cover almost everything, and includes food and beverage for up to 70 guests seated or 85 standing during peak season. While you are totally welcome to look into additional decor details, everything that is used for service is included in your private event. This covers the basics like glassware, plates, flatware, and napkins, but it also covers use of our votive candles, bud vases, table numbers, cake stand, easels, etc. We're also happy to create and print personalized menus for your event in-house. Evening events are typically 6pm - 11pm and daytime events are typically held from 11am - 3pm. New York sales tax, gratuity, and a 5% administrative fee are applied to event subtotals.
Gran Morsi
Located downtown in the heart of Tribeca and close to all of the subways, Gran Morsi, is the perfect location for your next event! Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Gran Morsi provides both downtown Manhattan residents and visitors with a dining experience and event space fit for whatever they’re in the mood for, whether it’s a special occasion celebration, a casual event with friends, or an intimate evening. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. We have elevator access for any guests who may need it. Complete with a large living green wall, the space exudes a romantic, intimate yet inviting energy. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

The Lofts at Prince
The Lofts at Prince are comprised of three spacious lofts (Penthouse Six, Soho Loft, and Soho Meet), all of which are ideal for hosting your special event or gathering. We provide you with three flexible floors that can be configured to accommodate a variety of corporate and social events. The best part is that we will set up, break down, and clean up after ourselves, and we will provide a large selection of our own furnishings at no additional charge. This charming venue, which is located in historic Soho on Prince Street between Thompson and Sullivan, will transport you away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown Manhattan. In addition to the elegant entrance and lobby, which feature 100-year-old front doors, restored glass in the foyer, preserved metal tin ceilings and an elegant period elevator, your guests will be impressed by the venue's elegant interior. The Loft is a large blank canvas that can be customized to accommodate a variety of corporate and social events of varying sizes. This 2,500 square foot venue has plenty of wall space for clients to use, as well as a main event room and a living room set-up for guests. A corporate meeting, a conference, an art show, a private meeting, award shows, weddings, wedding receptions, musical performances, and social functions are all possible at The Lofts At Prince.
Gelso & Grand
This rustic and elegant private dining space and full bar can host upwards of 100 guests. We can tailor the event to your specific needs with use of our projector, DJ equipment and independent A/V. Gelso & Grand PDR is a memorable Little Italy event space for buyouts to host weddings, holidays, cocktail parties, networking events and more.
ILA Penthouse
ILA Penthouse is within the famed FlowerSchool NY and in the center of NYC's Chelsea Neighborhood. The venue has a 4,000 sft roof deck, a 3,000 sft interior space and a 1,200sft bar room. Located in the heart of Chelsea’s Flower District, ILA Penthouse has multiple uses for entertaining indoors and outdoors, from corporate team building events and trainings, to unique Michelin chef dining experiences and other milestone celebrations including baby showers and weddings. Our venue's botanical environment can be configured to suit your individual needs. We offer many catering options, custom cocktails & mocktails, event design services, and of course, flowers. Tables, chairs, house linens, dishes and glasses are all included with your rental. ILA Penthouse and FlowerSchool NY are eco-friendly businesses. We compost organic matter daily, and do not allow single-use plastics or balloons in our space. All of the floral designs are foam-free and supported by organic materials and/or reusable containers. Our venue fee includes round/rectangular tables, silverware, linens and everything you need for a superb event or meeting.
