Clinton Hall features a rotating range of 20 draught beers and ciders from the United States, Belgium, Germany, Scandinavia, and beyond, ranging from cask ales to keg-conditioned ales and lagers. All suds are delivered at a properly calibrated 34 degrees, every time, thanks to an on-site flux capacitor that calibrates nitrogen and carbon dioxide and regulates compression of each particular beer to the Brew Masters requirements. To alter their sampling experience, guests can order pints, half-pints, or thirds-of-pints of this unique and diversified craft brew excursion. A complete bar is also available, with seasonal wines-by-the-glass options. A pleasant, engaging, and educated waitstaff serves a full lunch, brunch, and dinner menu to complement the ever-changing beverage choices.
