Kilham Farm is a 63-acre privately owned farm located in Nicasio Valley, only 30 miles north of San Francisco and adjacent to wine country. Our property includes rolling hills, flat meadows, a creek, pond, two horse barns, and an indoor arena that can be transformed into a party facility for up to 2500 guests. We are also a working world-class equestrian training facility where some of the country's best hunter and jumper horses reside. Brannan Cottage Inn is a six-room boutique inn in Calistoga, at the heart of Napa Valley, occupying the sole remaining structure from Samuel Brannan's original Hot Springs Resort, established in 1862. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property blends Victorian-era architecture with modern amenities and sits on a lushly landscaped lot at 109 Wappo Avenue. The inn hosts intimate private events on its patio garden and grounds, accommodating micro-weddings, vow renewals, bachelorette parties, baby showers, family reunions, corporate gatherings, and car shows. Following a winding path through an ornate iron gate, the first thing that meets you is a profusion of brightly colored, blossoming hedges. A elevated, canopied patio lies just ahead, and going out beyond it is a wonderfully beautiful grass, which is flanked on three sides by mature magnolia and camellia trees, which adds to the tranquility of the setting. A wide brick promenade runs right through the center of the field, and it is embellished with two multitiered fountains, each of which is crowned with dramatic statues of Greek goddesses.
