The Diskin Cider’s immersive architecture was designed with the intention of evoking an old English tradition in which friends and family would get together to drink cider in their neighbors' barns while looking up at the night sky. This was accomplished by including wooden planks in the ceiling and hanging pendant lights as part of the Cider's design. We put a lot of thought into the layout of the venue so that each guest could see themselves living there. Your participation in the experience is something that we are looking forward to very much. The Diskin Cider is available for rental on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for a broad variety of special events, such as business meetings, charity events, dinner rehearsals, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, product launches, and many more. The Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum sits on 44 acres in East Knoxville that were home to the Howell family nurseries for nearly 220 years. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the grounds preserve 16 historic structures, two miles of stone walls and walking trails, a level one arboretum, and 18 display gardens of local, ornamental, and exotic flora — a landscape shaped by the Howells, who introduced pink dogwoods to the region and installed the iconic stonework still found throughout the property. For weddings and private events, the Garden offers a range of indoor and outdoor spaces set among this historic scenery. The Dogwood Center, an American Architecture Award-winning building with floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooks the Dogwood Trail and Rita Johnson Garden and is the Garden's most sought-after reception space. Fat Bottom Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Nashville's Nations neighborhood, founded in 2012 as East Nashville's first brewery before relocating after four years to a 33,000-square-foot facility on the city's west side. The brewery makes beer with an emphasis on simplicity and quality, and its current home includes a taproom, beer garden, and several private event spaces built into the working production facility. For private events, the brewery offers The Reserve, a 3,000-square-foot rental space with massive windows overlooking the beer garden, a mini tap, and a covered heated patio; The Loft, an industrial-style room above the taproom with polished concrete floors and exposed-ceiling lighting; and a full brewery buyout that opens the entire property, including the beer garden and taproom, for a single event. Bluff Mountain Inn is the original property of Bluff Mountain Weddings, set on more than five private acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Known as "the venue where it all began," the estate is designed around full-weekend celebrations rather than single-day events, with lodging for up to 12 guests across seven bedrooms and six bathrooms in the main house. The property offers a range of ceremony and reception settings, including outdoor garden ceremony sites, a white wedding chapel that seats around 75, and a covered event barn with 2,400 square feet of open-air space that hosts up to 150 guests for seating, dining, and dancing. The barn's sides roll down for weather protection, making it usable across seasons. Wedding parties are hosted with a private bridal suite for hair and makeup, a groom's suite with a bar, TV, and pool table on the lower level, and additional recreation space including a hot tub, fire pit, and arcade games. The grounds include a 20-car parking lot and are wheelchair accessible at ground level.

The Knoxville Museum of Art sits in downtown Knoxville on the site of the 1982 World's Fair, celebrating East Tennessee's visual culture and its connections to art from around the world. The museum opened in its current home in March 1990, a four-story building designed by American architect Edward Larrabee Barnes and sheathed in locally quarried pink Tennessee marble. For private events, the museum's Ann and Steve Bailey Hall transforms into a reception space for weddings, reunions, and fundraisers, accommodating up to 250 guests standing or 200 for a seated dinner. The Bailey Hall and its adjoining South Garden and June and Rob Heller North Garden are also available for after-hours rentals, giving evening events a mix of indoor and garden settings. Smaller gatherings can be hosted in the Regal Commons or the Whittle Board Room. Rentals include KMA's own tables and chairs, and the museum works with a list of approved caterers for food and bar service. Admission to the museum is always free, a policy the KMA treats as a core value welcoming the community through its doors.

Chimes & Occasions has hosted weddings, receptions, and private celebrations in the heart of Midtown Memphis since 1998, just a couple of blocks south of Overton Square near the Cooper Young neighborhood. The venue is built around two connected spaces. The Chimes is a non-denominational chapel designed in the style of an old French chapel, with 15-foot ceilings and furnished dressing rooms for the wedding party, and it welcomes couples to bring in their own officiant. Occasions Reception Hall can be booked on its own for any type of gathering or paired with the Chimes for a full wedding and reception. It's furnished with European antiques and accessories and opens onto a landscaped rear courtyard, with tables, chairs, and linens included in the rental. Chimes & Occasions keeps catering flexible, with no minimum food or beverage requirements — couples and hosts are free to bring in their own catering or outside vendors, use the on-site kitchen for food warming, and supply their own alcohol.

Ijams Nature Center is a 315-acre wildlife sanctuary and urban greenspace along the Tennessee River, just five minutes from downtown Knoxville. Established in 1910, the nonprofit nature center weaves boardwalk trails, river access, and wooded grounds into its event spaces, giving weddings, receptions, and private gatherings a backdrop of terraced gardens, tree-shaded lawns, and quarry views rather than a traditional ballroom. Couples can choose from intimate elopements at spots like the Homesite Meadow and Hayworth Hollow, a tented reception on the Homesite lawn and terrace gardens, or an indoor celebration in the Visitor Center's event room and back terrace. The Visitor Center space comes with a sound system, projector and screen, and fire pit, while Homesite packages include use of the pavilion, terrace gardens, and a 40-by-60-foot reception tent with bistro lighting. Beyond weddings, Ijams hosts corporate meetings, retreats, and parties for groups of 20 to 400, as well as kids' birthday parties and races. Every rental supports the nature center's conservation and education mission, and its events team provides eco-friendly dinnerware and on-site staff to help with setup.
