ODEON The 3,000-square-foot event pavilion is accessible by the resort's main portico and can accommodate a number of seating arrangements, including classic rounds, theatre, and classroom format. The room can be easily separated for weddings and smaller parties, and it features an entire wall of French doors that bring in a lot of natural light and lead to the resort's drinks patio, the Willows. THE WILLOWS The 1,800-square-foot crushed granite patio is embellished with a bubbling fountain and an outdoor fireplace and is shaded by a natural canopy of willows. This beautiful outdoor patio is excellent for a pre-event cocktail hour or after a day of business meetings networking with colleagues. THE WEDDING LAWN The Wedding Lawn may be found as you stroll through the resort's lovely gardens. The Wedding Lawn, surrounded by lush meadows, deep woodlands, and a winery, is the ideal location for a wedding. The Wedding Lawn has a total area of around 2,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 people. THE LAWN The Lawn, which is located next to the Odeon and is flanked by rows of customized hollies, provides an additional 2,500 square feet of event area. This area may also be tented to accommodate up to 200 more people.

Welcome to the Urban Fire House, a cutting-edge event venue unlike any other—and the headquarters of award-winning Urbanology Designs. The Engine Room was reinvented and wonderfully remodeled in February 2019, using Scandinavian materials, white-washed walls, and natural artifacts to create a timeless yet magical feel. The magnificent, natural light cascading from the enormously tall, north-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows adds a great touch to everything. It's the ideal site for up to 95 guests, and it's a wonderful spot for intimate wedding ceremonies and parties. This area is custom-designed to handle all you need, including a luxury kitchen, smart audio/visual technology, a huge outdoor basalt garden, executive conference room, and even elegant restrooms. We have various alternatives available to you, whether it's a corporate meeting, classroom-style event, photography, VIP-style party, or family reunion. The Engine Room is a 1720 square foot open area with dark concrete floors, a 36-foot wall of windows, white walls, and exposed ceilings. The Conference Space is a private room with white oak wood floors and a huge conference table that looks out over the engine room. Mongram GE appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, ice machine), prep space, and a view in the kitchen. Two private bathrooms with upscale and modern finishes, one for men and one for women. The tranquil, secluded 20-acre site offers three event locations in one, making it an attractive, distinctive, and reasonably priced backdrop for your special day. The Chapel, which dates back to 1958, is surrounded by Neo Tudor buildings from the 1920s. Our magnificent building has cast stone arches and a beautiful steeple with a working bell. 200 people can be seated in this antique chapel. The area provides a traditional atmosphere for your event thanks to its vaulted ceilings and gorgeous stained glass. The Reception Hall also has stained glass windows and seating for 150 seated guests with space for dancing or 200 cocktail-style visitors. This place is perfect for small gatherings because of its open layout. The garden's charming pergola is the perfect place to dance the night away under lovely café lighting. The campus's new Jo & Holt Hickman Center, which offers greater indoor space for banquets, meetings, conferences, corporate gatherings, quinceaneras, and other occasions, was unveiled in 2018. This property is transformed into a stunning new ceremony/reception site by a large entryway, floor to ceiling windows, and chandeliers. Up to 300 guests may be accommodated in this lovely ballroom.
