The banquet hall is owned and operated by the Columbus Club Association of San Antonio, an independent group of Catholic men whose mission is to support charitable organizations. The venue offers a range of spaces suited to different scales of celebration. The Entire Hall, lit by hanging chandeliers and anchored by a raised stage, accommodates 400 to 500 guests for large wedding receptions and galas. Within it, the Columbus Room seats 140 to 175 guests for a grand reception, while the more intimate Christopher Room, seating fewer than 130, is set up for a romantic indoor ceremony. The property includes nineteen guest cabins, accommodating up to 108 overnight guests, so a couple's nearest and dearest can stay on site for the wedding weekend. Full-facility rental packages give couples exclusive use of the property, with guest counts ranging from smaller gatherings of around 50 up to larger celebrations of up to 250 guests. Weekend packages include a Friday check-in through Sunday check-out, with rehearsal and rehearsal dinner space available on site, while single-day weekday packages run Sunday through Thursday.
