Dr Snyder's Drugless Health Sanatorium, which included the structure that is now Inn on the River, was part of a unique complex known as Dr Snyder's Drugless Health Sanatorium at the turn of the century. Snyder, who advertised himself as a "magnetic healer," was well aware that people enjoy being pampered. He fed them well, gave them hot baths and cozy chambers, and generally treated them with the type of personal attention that made them want to come back again and again. The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It is a little over 2000 square feet and can sleep up to 12 people. Our three-story barn has it on the second and third floors.

Magnolia Gardens on Main occupies a building established in the 1960s, previously home to the well-known Night Hawk Restaurant, in San Antonio's historic Monte Vista district. The venue is easily reached from Highway 281 and Interstates I-10 and I-35, and its long-standing reputation for attentive service and hospitality carries over from its earlier life as a neighborhood restaurant. Inside, the main dining room offers an airy, comfortable setting with a wall of large glass windows overlooking mature oak trees, a hardwood dance floor, crystal chandeliers, and an antique grand piano, along with a full-sized, fully-equipped bar. A shaded outdoor patio adjoins the dining room, giving guests an easy indoor-outdoor flow, and an outdoor gazebo and courtyard provide a dedicated setting for wedding ceremonies. AN UPSCALE MEETING & EVENT VENUE IN THE HEART OF THE METROPLEX The Mediterranean Villa, Dallas Fort Worth's premier banquet and wedding venue, as well as a conference facility, is located directly across the street from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. The Castle in the Country $3,500 Up to 175 people can be accommodated for Saturday events. The Rustic Chandelier is $2,500 and is available Sunday through Thursday. It can accommodate up to 100 people. The Stagecoach is offering a $1,000 prize every Sunday through Thursday. It can accommodate up to 60 people. Beautifully appointed Bridal Suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and pool area. A private dressing area, vanity stations, and an en suite bathroom round off this luxurious space. With an en-suite bathroom, a full kitchen, a flat screen TV, and a quiet front porch / back porch view of the property, the Groom Suite is ideal for a wedding party. The Arneson River Theatre is an 800-seat outdoor amphitheater on the banks of the San Antonio River, with entrances into La Villita Historic Arts Village. A stage sits across the river where wedding ceremonies are commonly held, and three air-conditioned dressing rooms with backstage restrooms serve performers. The theatre hosts concerts across genres, theatrical performances, and the annual Fiesta Noche del Rio, a summer series featuring Ballet Folklorico. Rentals include use of an on-site concession stand for food, beverage, and merchandise sales. Non-commercial bookings run $250 for the first hour and $50 each additional hour; commercial bookings start at $500 for three hours plus $100 per additional hour, with a $500 damage deposit. The Student Union at Hubbard Hall serves as the hub of student and campus activities at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Housed in one of the busiest buildings on campus, the facility includes 25 meeting rooms, the 295-seat Bridges Auditorium, and two large ballrooms suited to receptions, banquets, and conferences of varying scale. The Southwest Ballroom is the building's largest event space, seating up to 640 guests banquet-style or accommodating up to 1,000 in a theater configuration, and can also be divided into Southwest Ballroom A and Southwest Ballroom B for smaller gatherings. The Southeast Ballroom offers a more intimate setting for banquets and meetings. Beyond its ballrooms and auditorium, the Student Union also houses an art gallery, performance center, meditation room, and several retail dining options. Chartwells serves as the Student Union's exclusive caterer, operating out of the on-site Pioneer Kitchen. Conference Services, based in the building, manages reservations for weddings, conferences, and private and public events held at Hubbard Hall.
