Its charters take guests along the Hudson and East Rivers for close views of the Manhattan skyline, serving clients throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Philadelphia. The company handles a full range of private celebrations aboard its yachts, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and graduations, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and private dinner cruises. In-house menus span brunch buffets, cocktail-party fare, casual lunches, and wedding buffets. Yachts For All Seasons was founded by senior party planner Nancee Meyer, whose background as a first-class flight attendant shaped the company's attention to service and detail on every charter.

The Czech Republic acquired ownership of the Bohemian National Hall in 2001 when the Bohemian Benevolent & Literary Association (BBLA) transferred ownership to the government of the Czech Republic.
