Wedding ceremonies and parties are right at home in the Cracker Factory's second-floor gallery area, which is 6,000 square feet of space that can be tailored to suit your needs perfectly. The gallery area has undergone meticulous renovation to highlight the industrial beauty of the building. Whitewashed columns and timber trusses above are set off by a shiny original hardwood floor. The room is bathed in soaring natural light during the day, and the big industrial windows also create sweeping reflections on the floor. The room is warmly lit at night by a variety of tiny lights. With climate control and a 376 person capacity, the area is ideal for events of any size, from small, private gatherings to huge celebrations. A full bar, a caterer's kitchen, and handicap accessibility are all provided for the gallery. In the gallery area and a recently refurbished smaller event space, we hold concerts, banquets, art displays, and other events. Nine Pin Cider offers various event spaces, depending on your vision and needs. The Outdoor Café perfectly suits intimate celebrations of up to 40 guests. This space features picnic tables, umbrellas, and a sound system. Overhead, dazzling string lights will add a warm ambiance to your big day. Previously used as the cidery's canning and bottling area, the Production Floor now serves as an industrial chic event space that can accommodate up to 125. Meadow Ridge Farm was founded in the late 19th century by a Manhattan-based financier who commuted by boat to the property’s river beachfront. Covering 100 acres alongside the Hudson, with views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountain ranges that define the Hudson Valley, the farm features meadows of golden grain, woods of black walnut, oak and pine trees, landscaped natural streams and a pond. Its gardens and allées of red maple trees give the farm four seasons of brilliant color and natural charm. The property offers multiple ceremony locations, including a beautiful wooded glade surrounded by towering trees and the Hudson River just beyond where you take your vows. The Farm’s original English-Dutch style dairy barn, one of the largest of its kind in the northeast, has been meticulously restored and lavishly updated to create an ideal event venue with seating for up to 300 people. HayLoft In The Grove is a restored mid-1800s timber-framed barn set on nearly 100 acres outside East Aurora, New York. Once a working dairy farm — and later a horse training facility with a quarter-mile sulky racing track — the property was purchased in 2007 by Jeni and Jason Burford, who chose to preserve the deteriorating structure rather than demolish it. Amish craftsmen undertook an extensive restoration beginning in 2008, retaining original handmade wooden pegs, mortise-and-tenon joints, and stone foundation. The grounds include cornfields, forests, three ponds, and expansive gardens. For events, the property offers an outdoor ceremony area with comfortable seating for up to 200 guests, set beneath a wooden arbor with chiffon drapes and a brass chandelier against a cornfield backdrop. The Stables — a former horse facility converted in 2019 — serves as an indoor gathering space with antique pews from the 1920s, wooden beams, and crystal chandeliers, along with dedicated bride and groom suites and covered outdoor patios with string lighting. Wedding packages include day-of coordination, three planning sessions, and access to an on-site rentals boutique. Activities on offer include a hay wagon ride around the property, horseshoes, and cornhole.
