Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a 125-acre private estate in upstate New York, designed exclusively for multi-day wedding weekends. We host only 25–28 celebrations per year, ensuring every couple receives complete privacy and the full attention of our dedicated team. Your wedding weekend unfolds over three days across the entire property, no shared spaces, no strangers, no curfew. Up to 250 guests can celebrate on the wedding day, with on-site lodging for 122 across 51 designer king-bed guest houses. The property features four distinctive event spaces, a dedicated after-party cocktail lounge, a one-acre pond with an island gazebo, a hammock park, and a private beach. Between events, guests enjoy curated experiences including goat yoga, bonfires, and encounters with our resident farm animals, including beer burros who greet you after your ceremony with a saddlebag of cold drinks. Our in-house culinary team operates a full commercial kitchen on the property, preparing every meal fresh — from the rehearsal dinner to the farewell brunch. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the entire weekend for on-site guests. Menus are fully customizable with a private tasting, and the kitchen accommodates all dietary needs. A dedicated planning coordinator is assigned to you from the day you book through the final toast. On your wedding weekend, our full experience team is on-site from arrival to departure, managing every detail so you can be a guest at your own celebration. We are less than 4 hours from New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia, and 90 minutes from the Syracuse and Albany airports.

The Lodge is a perfect location for a dream wedding! The Lodge features beautifully inlaid cedar walls, oak and pecan floors, and picturesque outdoor landscaping. Intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners can be hosted inside, and large wedding receptions can be held in our outdoor tented area. Both the inside of The Lodge and the Tent are engaged for the larger weddings. Our wedding tent features a wood plank stamped concrete floor, a white tent ceiling liner, lighting and window pane tent sides. Our beautifully appointed hotel ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of customizable space. Also available for use is the charming outdoor terrace with fire pit and outdoor veranda located just off the main ballroom. The main ballroom provides a distinct design, featuring fourteen foot high coffered ceilings, rich finishes and woodwork, custom-designed light fixtures, and a broad expanse of French doors and windows providing beautiful views and direct access to the outdoor veranda.
