Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.

As a private event space, our studio is equipped with sufficient power, a beautiful floor print, natural light, and a dramatic composition. Our studio also serves as a unique work space. Interactive product experiences, new product launches, brand activation, dinner receptions, influencer engagement, and weddings - for both intimate and large groups - are all possible applications. The property is located in the South Park District of Downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from the Convention Center, L.A. Live, the Grammy Museum, the Historic Core, and many other attractions. Honeypot has had the pleasure of hosting private events for a variety of prominent companies, creative brand agencies, and event coordinators who are interested in hosting private events in the fields of fashion, film, music and entertainment, art and culture, and other related fields. In return, Honeypot provides a transformable white-canvas studio space that can withstand any transformation. This results in an elegant branded environment that can be used to attract, host, and engage target audiences. In addition to our dynamic layout, easily brandable walls, and distinctive aesthetic, we offer smart space transitions as well as brand placement convenience and dramatic composition. Our interconnecting studio spaces are ideal for introductions and reveals because of their large display wall (28 feet wide) for presentations, vertical panels mounted on the wall for branded vinyl, and our 28 foot wide display wall. Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. During your event, you will work with our expert chefs and on-site catering team who provide a one-stop shop for all of your event planning and conferencing needs. No matter what the occasion, our event professionals make banquet planning easy with customizable packages and an unlimited variety of fun and elegant culinary experiences. Catering We aim to provide healthy, delicious, and socially responsible cuisine for the Trojan Family and our hotel guests. Keeping in line with our campus Food Philosophy, USC Hotel offers a variety of fresh, seasonal, and inspiring hand-made menus. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel offers more than 33,000 square feet of event space across 11 meeting rooms, accommodating gatherings from small breakouts to receptions of 700 and full-scale conferences of up to 800 attendees. Otium offers event spaces for your next celebration in Los Angeles, California. Otium is a restaurant that removes the formalities of dining and instead focuses on the quality of the food, the warmth of the service, and the relaxed casual atmosphere. With an open kitchen that connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, it is intended to be a social gathering place. The name of the restaurant, Otium, has its origins in Latin and is intended to convey the idea of a place where time can be spent engaging in leisurely social activities. With options ranging from intimate dinners on our mezzanine to large gatherings on the plaza, as well as off-site catering, we are happy to personalize the experience for you and your guests. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

The Association is a 2,700-square-foot craft cocktail bar and private event venue located at 110 East 6th Street in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Anchored by a 60-foot bar and outfitted with leather banquettes, a custom sound system, and warm, moody lighting, the space draws on an intimate, unpretentious atmosphere that suits everything from milestone birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings. The venue accommodates 175 or more guests across private and semi-private configurations, with leather banquette sections that seat 10–30 per section. A fully equipped DJ booth and house sound system are on-site, and valet parking is available. Outside catering is permitted with prior coordination. The Association is available for private and semi-private bookings any day of the week and is part of the CIRCA93 collective of bars in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Continental Club is a subterranean entertainment destination tucked beneath the historic Hellman Building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Accessed through a private entrance on West 4th Street, the venue spans 6,000 square feet of serviceable space and draws on the atmosphere of a classic supper club — dark leather banquettes, mirrored surfaces, warm red lighting, disco balls, and walls lined with framed photographs. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests across its full 6,000-square-foot footprint, or up to 150 guests in the 3,000-square-foot half-venue configuration. A central bar anchors the main room, with seating areas arranged around a dedicated dance floor. A coat check and scullery round out the facility. The Continental Club is available for private and corporate buyouts, including branded activations, holiday parties, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners. Events are coordinated through CIRCA93, the Los Angeles-based collective that operates the venue.
