Mary Attea is the Executive Chef at The Musket Room in Manhattan's Nolita area, a Michelin-starred restaurant. In February 2020, Attea took over the head of The Musket Room, ushering in a tectonic shift in the restaurant's genre from New Zealand cuisine (which it had been known for since its establishment in 2013) to a more globally-inspired menu. Nick continued to advance in the restaurant industry after graduating in 2001, directing the kitchen at a number of prestigious restaurants for more than two decades.
