- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer full-service event planning + design! Whether it may be a Gala, wedding, or any social gatherings/milestone celebrations, we’d love to hear more how we can make your event unique and personalized to you!
- Do you have a preferred vendor list?
- 29 Pine Events does not have a preferred vendor list, however, we do have a network of vetted vendors that we highly recommend and love partnering with! We do our best to pair vendors with clients based on your style/aesthetics and budget. We love meeting and working with new vendor partners, too!
- Do you deal with the hired vendors or do I?
- We do! We want to make the planning process as stress-free as possible, so we work with the vendors on all details – big and small! We schedule site visits, meetings, calls, and collaborate with vendors to ensure a seamless production schedule for setup + breakdown.
- My venue has an on-site venue coordinator, why should I hire an event planner?
- The venue coordinators are there to be the venues advocate when it comes to rules/regulations and make sure everything runs smoothly from the venue’s perspective. A planner at 29 Pine will be with you from as soon as you hire them. Your planner is YOUR advocate throughout every aspect of planning.
- Do you have planning packages I can choose from?
- Every event is completely customized and tailored to you! We offer full planning to most of our clients, however, pending the client and type of event, we could look at custom partial planning services.
