The Full Package includes: - From start to completion, A-Z planning - Access to a Lead Planner - On the day of your event, you will get access to one Event Planner and one Coordinator Assistant. You will have unlimited phone calls, vendor meetings, and appointments as needed - Budget management with a budget tracker - Design and arrangement of the entire wedding - Walkthrough of the Venue - All logistics and events for the wedding are listed in a detailed timeline - Attending and coordinating the rehearsal is the responsibility of the wedding coordinator (per scheduled availability) - Manage and book wedding vendors (assist the wedding day) according to your specifications - Vendor contracts are examined, negotiated, and finalized - Organizing the wedding party - At the ceremony and reception settings, overseeing vendor and décor setup - Organizing and distributing all of the wedding party's, family members', and special guests' personal flowers - Helping with the wedding ceremony - Making sure you have everything you'll need for the wedding - Making sure that all members of the wedding party are in picture-perfect condition - Table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass, and service set - Ensuring that all vendor tips and balances are paid - Any personal or leased belongings, gifts, and/or cards will be packed and placed in the assigned vehicles - Staff ready to deal with any emergency that may happen - Wishing the bride and groom a wonderful honeymoon
