- Can I listen to you perform before hiring you?
- Our DJs are frequenting the nightlife circuit in NYC and beyond, so there are typically plenty of opportunities to join them for the evening and get a feel for their vibe. If scheduling doesn't work out, we have sets that we've recorded live for you to check out!
- How many years have you been in business?
- 4AM has been in business for 13 years (since 2010).
- How do you keep the dance floor full throughout my event?
- Our DJs are experts at reading the room and assessing the crowd in real time, a skill that comes from years of perfecting the trade in nightclubs and private events with the most discerning of crowds. In addition, we prepare extensively for your event and help consult with the timeline/flow.
- What is the pricing for your different packages?
- Our pricing ranges depending on a multitude of factors, but on average comes in around $3,000 - $5,000, which is inclusive of a 4 hour DJ performance and a standard equipment/sound setup.
- Can I work with you to customize a playlist?
- We always have an onboarding call with our clients so that our DJ can best understand your preferences and style and incorporate those requests accordingly. We also accept 'do not play' and 'must play' lists if you decide to make one!
