I am a freelance floral designer in Washington, DC and have been working with clients for 12 years. I got my start in Wisconsin designing wedding flowers for a family friend and my business has been blooming ever since. I enjoy providing bespoke floral designs for my clients that are magazine-worthy. Because I am a one-person company, I am able to order florals for each event with great care and I offer a high-touch level of service. Unlike many floral companies, I don't have a storefront or multiple designers working concurrently. That means that when I have excess product, I keep designing until every last bloom is used and I am able to offer those special little touches and additions that complete the "look" of each event. I have designed for intimate weddings and weddings for 300 guests, as well as large 600 person galas, corporate events, and parties. I've also had a subscription service in my neighborhood for over 2 years. Most of my clients find me by word of mouth and I've designed for major political figures and a multitude of couples. I pride myself in being a female (she/her) small business owner. When I'm not designing flowers, you can find me and my husband running after our two toddlers in NW Washington, DC.
