Our more than 40 years of service as one of the largest privately held catering and event production firms in the United States demonstrates our commitment to your unique event. Affairs to Remember Caterers was founded in 1977 by Ron Lazarus and Scott Ardolino, who combined their love of the culinary arts with their entrepreneurial spirit to create a successful business. The result of their dedication and excellent expertise, Affairs to Remember Caterers expanded beyond the realm of catering to become the premier event production company that it is today. As we progressed, we established a number of intimate relationships with members of the greater Atlanta community. Our company has been encouraging sourcing locally sourced ingredients for more than two decades. We also encourage the use of compostable containers, the recycling of waste, the creation of sustainable menus, and the donation of excess food to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Our goal is to divert as much waste as possible away from landfills and into recycling and reusing programs. We are currently working on this. We will continue to strive for more environmentally friendly techniques in order to support another 40+ years of creating amazing and environmentally friendly exceptional events.
