We provide three different wedding planning packages to our women, each with a different amount of engagement. Are you unsure about which plan is best for you? Full Wedding Production With our Full Wedding Production, we handle every aspect for you; all you have to do is show up and enjoy. The service starts right instantly, and we can hold your date for up to 18 months. Full Wedding Production includes creative wedding ideas, design tips, and inspiration. We keep your wedding task list and budget up to date and even email you payment reminders. We attend each scouting meeting with you and assist you in making each precise choice throughout the wedding planning process, in addition to providing hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations. Coordination of the wedding day is included. Partial Wedding Planning We operate as a support system for you with our Partial Wedding Planning. The service starts right instantly, and we can hold your date for up to 18 months. A complete wedding task list and budget spreadsheet will be provided to you. We hold you accountable for assignments and assist you with budgeting. You can keep track of your payments and progress using our spreadsheets. Your Lead Wedding Planner will hand-pick all vendor options based on your wedding style and budget, and will assist you with setting up meetings, reviewing contracts, and booking them. Throughout it all, we'll gladly answer any and all etiquette questions. Coordination of the wedding day is included. Wedding Day Coordination A Wedding Day Coordinator is essential so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most important moments of your life. This service, sometimes known as "month-of" coordination, begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and can be booked up to 4 months in advance. We can provide you vendor recommendations for everything you haven't secured yet at the 4-month mark (or as soon as you book). You'll be ready to finish your final duties once you've gone over our checklist. We'll reassemble for a Detail Planning Meeting, during which we'll finalize your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics, and other details. We totally take over vendor communication in the final month and tie up all loose ends. Then, with an Emergency Kit in hand, we run your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish.
