- What event planning services do you offer?
- We have 4 main packages that we find fit most couples needs: Final Touches (where you do all of the planning & we come in at the end to help make sense of it all & get your vendors and details organized!) Partial Planning Full Planning/Design Full Weekend Planning
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We offer our Final Touches package which is as close to a 'day-of' package that we will get. It is important for us to maintain our professionalism by making your wedding day amazing & we can't do that by walking in blindly on your wedding day!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- As part of our Full Planning services, yes - we will manage meetings and all details with every vendor involved!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will always pay your vendors directly!
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- This will depend on the number of guests & how many vendors are involved. For events under 50 guests we typically will just have your lead planner on site. Events over 50 guests will have your lead planner and an assistant coordinator. > 150 guests we evaluate based on the details of the wedding.
