Me I grew up on a farm in central Minnesota which I think I can thank for my love of adventure and my obsession with animals. I'm a mom to a ball-crazy lab named Leelou, a 20 year old cat named Rilla, 5 backyard chickens, and as of recently an actual human baby. Her name is Audrey and she is the best thing that has ever happened to my husband and I. I share my life with my husband, James. He is a scientist and he makes beer for a living. We moved back to MN a couple of years ago after almost 5 years of living in Oregon where I started this adventure as a photographer. He also loves photography so when I need a second shooter he shoots with me and some of my clients are lucky enough to meet him and have his humourous spirit along on their wedding day. Together we love gardening, traveling, biking, yoga, exploring the city and hanging out with our friends and family and now daughter. Some of my personal favorite things are West Elm, Persian rugs, Coffee, Rosé, and in season vegatables! On your wedding day, you can probably catch me giggling, chatting, dancing and blending in with your guests. I find that being myself and being outgoing will help to create trust amongst your guests and in return I am able to capture more authentic images of them. I love to help with anything I can whether the planner needs help setting up and I have down time, your hair has fallen out and you may need help fixing it, or getting my couples water and making sure they are staying hydrated throughout the day.
