Hello, and thank you for coming! My name is Amy Maddox, and I have over 13 years of experience working as a photographer in the wedding and boudoir photography industries. I am known for my ability to create romantic portraits that are airy, light, and appear to have been taken easily. The Boudoir by Amy studio, which is located in La Porte, is my very own natural light photography space. The majority of my brides take advantage of the flattering light in my space for their bridal portrait sessions (and of course for their boudoir shoots!). I designed my studio specifically for the kind of light that looks good on women. After all, a BOUDOIR album is the ideal thing to give as a wedding present, and when else is there a more appropriate time to splurge on oneself than when one is getting married? You can frequently find examples of our work published in Weddings in Houston Magazine, which is Houston's most popular bridal magazine, in addition to other bridal publications. Additionally, Two Bright Lights has recognized us as one of the top 12 most published photographers in the COUNTRY by bestowing upon us their prestigious Platinum Circle Editor's Choice Award for the year 2020. In addition to Amy, who will always serve as the primary photographer, we will also have a second shooter at each wedding. Our second shooters, who include Steven, the husband of Amy, are among the most amazingly talented people I've ever worked with. We consider it a privilege to be given the opportunity to craft a luxurious wedding experience for our customers and to freeze those once-in-a-lifetime moments that you'll cherish for the rest of your life when you look back on them.
