Founded in 2018
Amy West Floral Design provides lush, artful floral designs for weddings and events, always prioritizing seasonal and local blooms. Equally happy to execute your vision or help you to create one, our goal is to elevate your event and knock your socks off with absolutely no stress to you. We love a great party and are looking forward to working with you! Wedding planning is all about the details - which might be right up your alley, or a whole lot of overwhelm. We’re happy to work at your speed, whether you have a fully-developed vision, or just a vague idea you’re wanting brought to life. We build on your ideas, drawing inspiration from your venue, your goals for the aesthetic (Black tie? Boho? A forest fairyland?), and what florals and foliages are in season and best suited to the task, to deliver the floral package of your dreams. Just as every client and event is different, all of our designs and concepts are custom - we enjoy the creative process and making something just for you. Our hope is that you’ll feel like you have a partner in us, and that you’ll leave your event thinking your florals were exactly what you were thinking, only better!

- Do you travel?
- Yes! We are based in Santa Cruz so spend a lot of time in the Monterey Bay/coastal areas, but love to flower in new places. We cover the Bay Area, wine country and Tahoe regularly, and would definitely travel further for the right project. Let's chat!
- Do you offer different packages?
- Not really. Every wedding, venue, style, palette, and season is different, so we don't offer fixed packages aside from simple elopement items. We custom design every event with you/your team, based on when/where your wedding is, and what you're looking for.
- What are your sustainability practices?
- We never use floral foam, instead using compostable and/or reusable mechanics. We prioritize locally-grown, seasonal florals, which supports our flower farming friends and massively reduces the amount of fuel and packaging used to transport flowers.
- What is your pricing?
- We have a $5k minimum for full-service events, but typically average closer to $7k+.
- Can I view photos or examples of your past work?
- Of course! Instagram is typically the most up-to-date, but I have albums at amywestfloral.com as well. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to reach out.
