- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes. We handle all of the meetings with your vendors and creative partners and act as the day to day contact for all of them.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Yes. While we manage your budget and the payment schedules for your event, we do not handle the payment to your vendors. Our fees are our fees and your vendors are paid by you directly.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Two or more of our team members will be present on your event day deepening on the size and scope of your event.
