We understand that an unforgettable wedding requires meticulous planning, thoughtfully curated design, and flawless execution. - Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Often referred to as “Day-of Coordination,” we offer “Wedding Management.” This offering allows you to plan your wedding in its entirety and we’ll join you 90 days prior to help tie up loose ends, communicate the final details with your vendors, and manage logistics on the wedding day.
- Do you work with couples who don't live in South Florida?
- Absolutely! We often work with couples planning from afar and offer the insight and guidance of someone familiar with the local area.
- Do you plan other events during the wedding weekend?
- Yes! We love creating cohesive, one-of-a-kind experiences for your family and friends. We plan and manage everything from the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, to the after-party and farewell brunch. Whatever events you’re hosting, we can help you plan them.
- Our venue already has a planner or coordinator. How are you different?
- We work closely with each venue’s coordinator but play very different roles. Often referred to as “in-house planners”, venue managers or coordinators work for the venue and we work for you! We’ll help you plan, design, and manage every wedding detail throughout the entire planning process.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- The majority of our clients are getting married at private clubs, between Palm Beach and Vero Beach. Other venues we have worked at include The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum on Palm Beach and The Pelican Club in Jupiter, Florida.
