To provide the highest quality of premium service to each of our couples we accept a very limited amount of weddings per year. We believe exceptional weddings begin with trust, intention, and a truly seamless planning experience with an expert planning team. - What event planning services do you offer?
- Audrey Jean Events offers Month - of, Partial and Full Planning as well as customized services for destination weddings.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We believe to provide the best possible quality of service, it takes time and a little pre-wedding communication with our couples and their vendor team. For this, our minimum offering is Month-of Coordination.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Depending on your final guest count, the team that will be on-site for your wedding day will range. At minimum, you will have your Lead Coordinator/ Planner + 2 additional assistants.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes. For clients who have booked the partial or full planning packages, we arrange and manage vendor meetings at the discretion of our clients.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Our clients pay their vendors directly. We oversee invoice/ contract review, budgeting and payment reminders.
