To provide the highest quality of premium service to each of our couples we accept a very limited amount of weddings per year. We believe exceptional weddings begin with trust, intention, and a truly seamless planning experience with an expert planning team. What event planning services do you offer?
Audrey Jean Events offers Month - of, Partial and Full Planning as well as customized services for destination weddings.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We believe to provide the best possible quality of service, it takes time and a little pre-wedding communication with our couples and their vendor team. For this, our minimum offering is Month-of Coordination.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depending on your final guest count, the team that will be on-site for your wedding day will range. At minimum, you will have your Lead Coordinator/ Planner + 2 additional assistants.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes. For clients who have booked the partial or full planning packages, we arrange and manage vendor meetings at the discretion of our clients.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
Our clients pay their vendors directly. We oversee invoice/ contract review, budgeting and payment reminders.
