Veronika Millstid founded Bailey Connor in January 1997 in a modest office/storage/kitchen space. Through a commitment to excellence, the business has grown significantly. Now a second-generation family-owned and operated company, Bailey Connor thrives under the leadership of Marsha Millstid (Director of Catering and Events), Timothy Powers (Executive Chef), and Tessa Yates (Director of Sales and Marketing). Marsha's extensive entrepreneurial background, Timothy's acclaimed culinary expertise in the USCG and beyond, and Tessa's passion for people and events drive our success. In November 2019, just before the onset of Covid, we embraced innovation. We welcomed Pastry Chef Aaron Echols, a family member, and Culinary Institute LeNotre graduate, to our team. His French training enhances our offerings with exquisite wedding cakes, pâtisseries, and desserts. Our dedicated administrative and culinary staff are essential to our operations.
