Baker Party Rentals has been a premier event rental company for over 30 years and is still family owned. We serve Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire from our showroom and warehouses in Costa Mesa, California. We hope you will pay us a visit! Our 3,200 sq. ft. showroom is brimming with unique and seasonal ideas for your next event, with rotating tablescapes. We have at least one of each item we rent on display, and we encourage you to use our mock-up tables to get a better idea of what your event will look like. Our knowledgeable staff will gladly assist you with the event rental procedure! The basic delivery prices include delivery to the event site and just one drop-off location. Larger events, which necessitate more workers and more time spent setting up your event, will incur higher Labor / Production fees. If you have a specific delivery or pickup time in mind, please let us know. For an extra cost, we can provide a 30-minute arrival window, subject to availability.
