- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- YES! We offer Event Management (often called Day-of Coordination) for couples who want to plan their own wedding but need a professional to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly. While it’s commonly referred to as “day-of,” in reality, our work begins about 4–6 weeks before your event. Duri

- Absolutely! One of our favorite parts of planning is collaborating with your vendor team. Depending on the service you book, we’ll either recommend trusted vendors and handle all communication on your behalf (Full-Service Planning) or step in to confirm details and manage logistics with your already
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You’ll pay your vendors directly. This keeps everything transparent and ensures you have full control over your budget. We’ll track payment schedules, remind you of upcoming deadlines, and confirm with vendors once payments are made—so you’ll never have to worry about missing a due date.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- The size of our on-site team depends on the scope and guest count of your event. For most weddings and celebrations, you can expect a lead planner plus at least one assistant to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Larger or more complex events may require additional team members.
