TURNING DREAMS into storybook events Baylye Burnette Events & Design is a full-service wedding planning and design firm. They are based in the American Coastal South, but plan and produce events for couples all over the world. Baylye believes that every couple is unique – and that our job is to create events that celebrate our couples in a way that truly captures who they are as a couple, who they are individually, and how they like to have fun. TOGETHER WE CAN create the impossible The process for planning and designing weddings is rooted in getting to know you. What makes you light up with joy? Who are you as a couple? What are the nitty gritty details of the fantasies of your future wedding day that kept you up at night growing up? My couples' events are built around what makes them unique, down to the tiniest of details. Getting to know the personalities and character of our couples is time well spent, while providing a personalized but structured planning approach that is both smooth and exciting. I don't do things half way. I don't provide partial wedding planning or management-only services. I only work with a small number of couples each season to ensure I'm giving them my all. I'm a full service wedding planner that goes all in on creating unique and breathtaking events – every single time. HOW I DO what I do I set out to create magic for every couple I work with. And although every wedding is unique, a structured approach with three central pillars helps to make sure every event I produce is the best one yet. DESIGN My design style is highly inspired by the conversations that I have with my clients, fashion and design from around the world, and timeless wedding trends. My area of genius lies in taking what you say during our conversations and turning that into an event that couldn't possibly be thrown for anyone else. COLLABORATION Collaboration between my clients and me is important, but the ultimate collaboration happens between the vendors we choose for your event. I've cultivated hundreds of relationships with the world's best venues, photographers, catering staffs, florists, beauty professionals, stationers, and more – and I'm bringing them all in to work for you. Any wedding professional will tell you that a wedding with all-star vendors will ultimately benefit from them being there, and I strive to only work with the best. LOGISTICS Weddings are my passion. And as such, I eat, sleep, and breathe wedding logistics. Having designed and planned many weddings, I know exactly where the pain points lie, and have created a system over the years to avoid common pitfalls, scheduling issues, coordination errors, and other unseemly events. Suffice to say, if I'm planning your wedding, it'll go off without a hitch.
