Beignet Box

Beignet Box, a New Orleans-based sweet treat company, is excited to share the wonderful flavor of NOLA with the rest of the globe. Beignets (French for "pastry") are a popular delicacy in Louisiana and a New Orleans specialty. In 1986, they were named the official state doughnut. Beignets are fried dough balls that are served hot and dusted with powdered sugar. Our beignets are distinct due to the unique method our dough is produced and layered. Beignets from Beignet Box are light, fluffy, and airy without being overly doughy. It becomes a melt-in-your-mouth, pillowy, powdered sugar delicacy when fried and coated with confectionery sugar. ​ Beignet Box debuted its initial pop-up shop in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the summer of 2019 and has since grown to include two brick-and-mortar locations in California, as well as not one, but TWO food trucks!
