At Bekah Laine Events, our goal is for you to enjoy the best parts of your day while we handle everything else. Whether you’re needing planning from start to finish, a little guidance along the way, or coordination of details you’ve already planned, we're here to help! WEDDING PLANNING -Development and management of event budget -Development and management of event planning timeline -Venue search and selection. -Identification and management of event vendors (initial inquiries, quotes, contract reviews, booking, and event day details). -Assistance with determining color scheme, theme, and style for event. -Assistance with concept design of floral, linens, and other decor. -Arrangement and/or attendance (when available) of appointments with vendors. -Ongoing reminders for contract deadlines, payments, and planning timeline details. -Unlimited contact via email. -Monthly hour long call (scheduled as needed by the client or the planner). -Detailed wedding day timeline creation, distribution, and execution. -Detailed alternate plan in the event of inclement weather. -Venue walk thru to go over timeline, layout, and rain plan. -One hour rehearsal attendance and coordination. -Two Event Coordinators on site for wedding day. -Placement of wedding day emergency kit for bridal party in bridal suite. -Oversight of vendors, decorators, and setup staff at ceremony site and reception site. -Placement and breakdown of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, menus, toasting flutes, cake serving set, guest book, and tossing items. -Management of ceremony and flow of the reception. -Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors on wedding day. -Coordination of couple send-off. -Assistance collecting personal items, gifts, and leftover food to go with couple designee. -Oversight and assistance of vendors for clean-up and venue breakdown. PARTIAL PLANNING Includes all items listed in the Coordination package + 10 planning hours to be used at your discretion. - What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer Full Service Planning, Partial Planning, and Coordination!
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Unpopular opinion, we don't think day-of is really a thing! In order for a coordinator to properly manage the details on the day they need to get up to speed ahead of time. Our closest service to day-of would be Coordination. With this package we start working with you 6-8 weeks before wedding day.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- We provide at least two team members for your event regardless of the package you select for up to ten hours on site. We may add additional team members based on a higher guest count or other complexities of the event (like separate locations for ceremony and reception).
- How would previous clients describe your planning style?
- We think they would tell you we are thorough and detailed but we want to add that we are very collaborative in our style of planning. It's important to us that you participate in the decision you want to make because, it's your wedding and we want it to properly represent you and your new spouse.
- How many years have you been in business?
- We are going into our 9th year in business!
