Known best as "your fairy godmother", Beverly Diane is always ready to plan a BIG day ~ from securing a venue to choosing vendors, florals, linens, and stationery..., plus calming a bride, designing a space, creating a timeline like no other, and everything in between. Born and raised in South Florida, Beverly has been the “go-to girl” for decades. Somehow, she is always in the know about everything and just happens to be a natural networker and connector. She loves writing, shopping, scrapbooking, pilates, traveling, and of course, party planning. Her creative passion, sense of humor, and flair for details are why her events are always memorable. What differentiates Beverly Diane from others is that she throws her heart and soul into every event making each special while always considering the client’s needs first. From her honest approach and feedback to her superb organizational skills and creative talent, combined with her compassionate and friendly demeanor, she is known to help make the planning process less stressful and more enjoyable. - Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- "I DO" it all so my clients don't have to! I arrange, attend, and manage all my vendor/client meetings to be sure the right questions are asked and answered. I also like to be sure that all the "i's" are dotted and "t's" are crossed on contracts. My clients are always in the best of hands!
- Are you there on the day of my event?
- I am there to oversee the setup, coordinate logistics, run the timeline, keep vendors on point, manage guests, and stay until my clients are departing.
- What inspires you?
- Everyday things inspire me…the outdoors, the ocean, the sunshine… Inspiration awaits around every corner from a magazine at the supermarket checkout and a department store window display to a piece of clothing or fabric on a chair. “They” say one should always “stop and smell the roses”!
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- I do not offer just the "day-of" coordination but "I DO" have a wedding management package to be sure all is designed, organized, managed, and executed properly.
- Do you plan Bar & Bat Mitzvahs?
- Yes, I do plan mitzvahs. However, I am extremely selective about those that I accept.
