Birdcage and Blushers Weddings Pricing
- Minimum Spend
- $7,499
We offer Full-Service Planning, wedding design and Partial wedding Planning, for couples seeking support at every stage—whether you're just starting out or already have a few details in place. We use a percentage-based pricing model for full-service planning and design based on 12%-15% of your total wedding budget with a minimum fee of $12,000 (whichever is greater) Partial Planning starts at $7,499 plus 8% of your remaining wedding budget for weddings that are more complex (i.e. multi-day, design support, etc.) Additional wedding events (e.g., rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, post-wedding brunches) may be included depending on your package or added as à la carte services. Our planning fees apply to total event production, including venue, catering, florals, entertainment, and more—but exclude personal expenses like attire, rings, and honeymoon costs. We thoughtfully guide you through logistics, design, vendor curation, and timeline execution—so you can stay present through it all.

- Absolutely! At Birdcage and Blushers, we’re happy to arrange and manage meetings with your wedding vendors. We’ll handle communication, scheduling, and coordination to save you time and reduce stress leading up to and on your big day!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will pay your wedding vendors directly. At Birdcage and Blushers, we’ll help you stay organized by providing reminders and payment timelines, but all payments are made between you and your vendors. This approach ensures transparency and allows you to manage your wedding budget with confidence.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Typically, Birdcage and Blushers provides a lead wedding planner and one planning assistant on-site to ensure your event runs smoothly. For larger weddings or events with more complex logistics, a second assistant may be added to provide additional support and seamless coordination throughout.
