- How many weddings do you cater in a typical year?
- BITE New York caters anywhere between 10-20 weddings in a year!
- Do you offer any additional services beyond food, like table rentals, linens, or event planning?
- Yes! We offer catering equipment and rentals, design and decor rentals, licensed wine and spirits services, day of coordination. For lighting, florals, AV and entertainment we can recommend preferred vendors.
- What menu customization options do you offer?
- We are in no way limited to the items/ingredients on our sample menus, and you should feel free and encouraged to draw inspiration from elsewhere (restaurants, family & friend tradition, instagram, wherever). We'll be custom composing your menu so feel free to ignore them.
- Do you specialize in any specific type of cuisine or dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?
- We are always prepared to accommodate predictable dietary restrictions.
- What kind of tasting process do you offer for couples before they decide on their menu?
- Wedding tastings are a full run-through of the working wedding menu, including dishes upon which the couple and family remain undecided. We discuss & develop all components, from presentation to flavor to format, in a truly collaborative setting.
