How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Great question! The size of our on-site team depends on the unique needs of your event—no cookie-cutter plans here! That said, you can typically expect at least one experienced Event Manager and one Event Assistant on-site to keep things running smoothly. From intimate gatherings to large-scale prod

We’ve produced events around the world—from rooftops in New York to castles in Europe and beaches in Mexico. We’re fully insured with high-limit commercial liability coverage, allowing us to work in premier venues like stadiums, museums, and historic landmarks with ease and professionalism.
What makes your planning style unique?
Our planning style is all about fresh ideas, not following the same old playbook. We approach each event with a unique perspective and believe planning should be just as fun and enjoyable as the event itself.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We’ll coordinate all vendor payments to keep things seamless, but you’ll handle the actual payments. Prefer we take care of it? We can pay on your behalf and invoice you through Black Event Agency with a service fee included.
