Established in 1987, Bloomster's has earned a reputation towards stunning custom made floral designs for every occasion. Always on hand are some of the Bay Areas freshest blooms sourced from local growers throughout California's vast farming community. Based in South San Jose's Almaden Valley District, our local patrons help support a continually growing business of 40 plus employees and their families. Owner and Lead Designer Kren Rasmussen always dreamed of opening a flower shop. He grew up assisting his father who owned his own landscaping business and as a result developed a strong horticultural background. Prior to opening Bloomster’s, Kren learned from and assisted the finest floral artists including working with Erik Bering, florist to the Danish Royal Family. The work of Bloomster's can be found in many of the fine hotels, restaurants, and golf and country clubs throughout the entire Bay Area.
