Blossom Events is a full-service boutique design and planning team based in NYC with a strong Brooklyn-vibe. Our events are lavishly custom, full of life, a lot of heart & a touch of rock-n-roll. We like our high-end velvet runners, Dom Perignon... and a late-night NYC pizza truck! But most of all, we love going above + beyond for our people. It's our special sauce. - Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes! It's our "Celebration Coordinator" Package. We dive in at the 6-8 week mark to flush out your timeline, floorplan, coordinate vendors, collect all the info we need from you & vendors, walkthrough the space and so much more! Most importantly, you get to be a guest at your own event!
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We offer the All-Inclusive Package, which is start-to-finish planning services. The Partner-in-Planning Package, which is partial planning, think ale-carte style, and we offer month-of/day-of coordination, our Celebration Coordinator Package.
- What makes your planning style unique?
- We go above and beyond for our clients in all the ways. We know celebrations come with a lot of feelings and emotions, and we want to be there to support you beyond the checklists and to-dos. We want to take the stress off of your plate, and make it FUN!
- What is the average cost of events you do?
- We plan and execute entry-luxury events. Our clients average around $1000 per guest for the entire event cost, including event space, food and beverage, entertainment, decor, and misc vendors.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely! We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
