Blossom Events is a full-service boutique design and planning team based in NYC with a strong Brooklyn-vibe. Our events are lavishly custom, full of life, a lot of heart & a touch of rock-n-roll. Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Yes! It's our "Celebration Coordinator" Package. We dive in at the 6-8 week mark to flush out your timeline, floorplan, coordinate vendors, collect all the info we need from you & vendors, walkthrough the space and so much more! Most importantly, you get to be a guest at your own event!
What event planning packages do you offer?
We offer the All-Inclusive Package, which is start-to-finish planning services. The Partner-in-Planning Package, which is partial planning, think ale-carte style, and we offer month-of/day-of coordination, our Celebration Coordinator Package.
What makes your planning style unique?
We go above and beyond for our clients in all the ways. We know celebrations come with a lot of feelings and emotions, and we want to be there to support you beyond the checklists and to-dos. We want to take the stress off of your plate, and make it FUN!
What is the average cost of events you do?
We plan and execute entry-luxury events. Our clients average around $1000 per guest for the entire event cost, including event space, food and beverage, entertainment, decor, and misc vendors.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
