FAQs 6

What event planning services do you offer?
I offer a full planning package, partial planning package, and a management package as well as consultation services. Depending on the package you book, I assist with budget assessment, venue scouting, contract negotiations, design, vendor pairing, logistics, coordination and everything in between.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Yes! I call it Wedding Management. You will be expected to have all planning completed and about 1 month prior I will ask for you to send over all of your contracts and agreements so I can get up to speed. This includes a site walkthrough, the rehearsal and 16 hours on the wedding day to oversee it.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely. The way I see my role in working with my clients, is I essentially become your personal assistant with anything related to the wedding. If you give me a schedule a will arrange for any meeting, zoom calls, coffee dates, happy hours with vendors and almost always attend them myself too.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
You will be paying everyone directly and purchasing all of your own items. The insurance needed to manage someone else's money is exorbitant so it is best to handle your credit card on your own. I do keep track of your payment schedules though and will send friendly reminders when things are due!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
This depends on how complicated the wedding becomes. If it is a micro wedding with less than 40 people with everything on site- it may just be me. If it is multiple locations, a large DIY set up, 100-300 guests then it will be at minimum one other girl and sometimes up to 3 other girls.
